Cyber Bullying

     About Cyber Bullying:
Cyber Bullying is when someone threatens someone over the internet, or  by text message. By saying something insulting or threatening. This is also known as electronic bullying, and has been defined as "aggressive intentional act carried on by one or more individuals, repeatedly and over time against a victim who cannot easily defend her/himself."

What to do: You should not erase the messages that you get; so you can prove that the person has been bullying you.  Never engage, or respond, because the bully will assume its working and continue and the problem with consist to more then worse. You should take a break from the computer or what ever electronic device the messages are coming from. It is a very good idea to talk to someone about it, cause it can lead to massive stress. You should not be afraid to talk to someone, that is if you want to be helped.
